DIY|| Jammie Make Over

So I HATE that Allison out grows her clothes so incredibly fast or that the seasons change and the clothes she has still fit her great (with room to grow) but they are just not right for the weather. So I decided to start out by "summer-fying" all of her jammies! This is a super easy project. It took less than 5 minutes and now I don't have to buy new jammies when these already fit! First you're going to start out with your winter jammies.

Then you're going to fold the sleeves to get an idea of where you're going to cut.

Then CUT! Now you have a short sleeve version of your winter jammies without spending a CENT!

Next are the pants! Just like the shirt sleeves, fold your pants to the length you want the shorts to be.

Then cut, and now you've got shorts!

Ta-da! All done and super easy! I plan on hemming these shirts & shorts but the best thing about knit is you absolutely don't have too! :) Have you ever made over your kiddos clothing to make them last a little longer?
